Still Making Progress

Yes, I am still making progress each and everyday.

I absolutely love going for walks. In fact, when mommy gets our leashes out, I run around the table to get ready for her to saddle me up. I trot happily next to her and follow her all over the house. When we are outside, I look at her every second to make sure that I am doing the right thing. Plus, secretly, I want to make sure that she is the one holding onto my leash. I haven't let daddy walk me yet. Another chapter....

Fred is my best friend and I love him. He has opened the door to being my friend and I am grateful.

Here is a wonderful breakthrough for me to share with you. Mommy took us out walking the other day and we stopped to speak to one of her friends. While waiting, the lady started talking to me. I said to myself, self, what is she doing? As she walked toward me, I saw mommy look at me to give me assurance. Quess what? I actually let someone pet me. Mommy was so excited.

Believe me, I am making progress everyday.
